Though, this level is nearly completely devoid of entities so weapons may not be necessary, though it is highly recommended to bring one to Level 20 because of the danger of the level. Similar to Level 1, occasionally you will find crates containing an assortment of items, usually useless, though sometimes can contain Almond Water, food, smart devices, watches, and assorted melee weapons. In order to navigate the level, you must crawl because of how low the ceiling is. Drinking Almond Water will usually cure these effects, though if you do not have any, it may lead to brain damage, muscular and joint pain, and even death in some cases. Occasionally, drops of contaminated water will drop from the ceiling, which, if consumed, will put toxins in the bloodstream. The floors are made of a concrete material, though sometimes it may be made of flimsy wood, making it easy to fall through the floor. Small wood beams seem to hold the crawlspace together, meeting at a cross section and meets the ceiling. Sometimes a brick wall will mark the end of the hall, though these can be broken through. Occasionally, there will be branching paths that lead to even more stretches of empty crawlspaces.
